Each plan is thoughtfully tailored to reflect a family’s unique needs, values, and goals, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to rest. I help families understand infant and early childhood sleep development, set realistic expectations, and navigate common challenges such as regressions, transitions, and shifting routines. My approach prioritizes flexibility, education, and confidence-building. By translating sleep science into gentle, practical strategies, I help families to create sustainable routines built around routine and love.
Sleep prep package (0-4 months) $250
Wondering what exactly you can do from day one to prepare for sleep? I can help! Package includes a comprehensive plan for how to encourage your baby to develop the skills they will need to build healthy sleep habits, education about naps, circadian rhythms, sleep pressure, night time routines and more. Package includes (2) one hour sessions, a sleep packet, and email support as needed.
Oh Baby! Package (ages 4m and up): $600
Package includes an age appropriate plan to get your little one sleeping without the need for contact naps and constant visits from you. Includes (2) one hour zoom sessions for intake and sleep plan, a comprehensive sleep plan and easy to follow instructions, (2) mini zoom or phone sessions for backup support (approx 30 minutes each), and email support as needed.
